Privacy Policy
Effective 10 August 2026
This policy explains what happens to information when you visit wirebraid.com or contact Wirebraid Technologies LLC. The short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads nothing from any third party, and asks you for nothing.
1. Who we are
Wirebraid Technologies LLC is the controller of any personal information described here.
Wirebraid Technologies LLC2108 N St Ste N

2. This website
We do not ask you to create an account, we do not offer a newsletter, and there is no form on this site. Specifically, wirebraid.com:
- sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser;
- runs no analytics, no tag manager and no advertising or measurement scripts;
- contains no JavaScript at all;
- loads no fonts, images or other resources from third-party servers — every file the page needs is served from this domain.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare’s network. Like any web host, Cloudflare necessarily processes the technical details of your connection — your IP address, the page requested, your browser’s user-agent string — in order to deliver the page and to protect the site from attack and abuse. Cloudflare acts as our service provider for this purpose. We do not build profiles from that data, combine it with anything else, or use it for advertising.
3. If you email us
Mail sent to info@wirebraid.com reaches us through Cloudflare Email Routing. We keep your message only for as long as it takes to deal with what you asked about, and delete it once the matter is closed. We will not add you to a mailing list, and we will not pass your address to anyone else. Correspondence is the only place we hold anything that could identify a person, and it is there because you chose to write to us.
4. FreeChoice VPN
FreeChoice VPN is in development and is not yet available. It is not covered by this policy; it will have its own privacy policy, published with the app and reflected in its App Store privacy labels, before anyone can install it.
We are designing it to these commitments, and we intend the eventual policy to say so plainly:
- no user accounts, no sign-in, no email address and no per-user identifier — for free and paid users alike;
- no storage of your IP address at any point in the system: not on the server you connect to, not on the relays that paid multi-hop traffic passes through, and not in our operational records;
- no record of the sites, addresses or services a user connects to, and no record of DNS lookups;
- no storage of session identifiers or of the outbound address assigned to a session, so that nothing retained could link one session to another;
- operational telemetry limited to aggregates that describe our servers rather than our users — processor load, bandwidth and connection counts per server, and counts of connection requests per country. We resolve your approximate location at connection time to pick a nearby server, and store only the country;
- no advertising, no sponsorships and no sale, sharing or exchange of user data of any kind.
These are not aspirations. The servers, relays and control systems the app will connect to already work this way, and are tested against these commitments rather than trusted to meet them. We would rather set out exactly what is and is not kept than ask you to accept a one-line “no logs” claim, and the app’s own policy will do that in full.
5. What we never do
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for advertising, of any kind, to anyone. We have no advertising business, no sponsorship arrangements and no data-exchange arrangements with anyone. Our only source of revenue is subscription payments from paid users.
6. Your rights, and why there is nothing to exercise them against
Privacy law gives you the right to know what personal information a company holds about you, to obtain a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how it is used. Wherever you live, you have those rights here. We have simply built the service so that such a request has nothing to reach.
We do not know who our users are. There is no account, no identifier, no stored address and no record of what anyone connected to. So there is nothing for us to look up, nothing to send you, nothing to correct, and nothing to delete — and equally nothing for anyone else to demand from us, whoever they are and whatever they bring. A right you have to ask us to honour is a weaker protection than information that was never collected in the first place, and we would rather give you the second.
The single exception is correspondence: if you have written to us, we hold your message until the matter is closed. Write to info@wirebraid.com if you would like it deleted sooner, or to make any request at all. We will not treat you differently for having asked — but in every other case the honest answer to a request about you is that we have nothing.
7. Children
This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them — nor, as set out above, from any other user.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above. Material changes affecting the eventual app will be communicated in the app itself.
