Terms of Use
Effective 10 August 2026
These terms govern your use of the wirebraid.com website, operated by Wirebraid Technologies LLC (“Wirebraid”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
1. What this site is
This website is informational. It describes who we are and what we are building. It does not provide a service, take payment, or create an account for you, and nothing on it is an offer to sell or a binding commitment to deliver any product or feature.
2. Statements about products in development
FreeChoice VPN has not been released. Everything this site says about its design, features, pricing tiers and availability describes our current intentions for a product still being built. Any of it may change, and some of it may not ship at all. When the product is released it will come with its own end-user licence agreement and its own privacy policy, and those documents — not this website — will govern your use of it.
3. Acceptable use
You may read, link to, and quote this site. You may not attempt to interfere with it, gain unauthorised access to any system behind it, or use automated means to place an unreasonable load on it.
4. Intellectual property
The text, design and graphics of this site are © 2026 Wirebraid Technologies LLC, except where stated otherwise. “Wirebraid” and “FreeChoice VPN” are marks of Wirebraid Technologies LLC. The typefaces used here (Inter and Space Grotesk) are the property of their respective authors and are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1; the licence notice is served alongside them at /fonts/OFL.txt.
5. No warranty
This site is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that it will be available without interruption or that its content is complete, current or free of error. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wirebraid Technologies LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Sacramento County, California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
8. Changes
We may revise these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with its effective date shown above.
